2nd Annual Turkey Dip

Grimaldo's Mile

Field Size: Maximum of 100 swimmers - CLOSED OUT

Conditions: Approximately 65 to 68 F. Swells from surf and wind. Minimal current as race starts at slack tide.

Support: 3 - 5 kayakers, 3- 5 lifeguards on beach, 10 CIBBOWS volunteers

Requirements: Must be 19 years or older. Proof of previous open water swim over 0.5 miles. Non-experienced open water swimmers will have to complete continuous 1 mile pool swim in under 50 minutes time. Swimmers will need to show USMS coverage and they will need to get it a week in advance, if they don't already have it.
